This picture makes me laugh.  We celebrated my Mom's birthday this week. My dad made dinner (Lasagna!) and the whole family gathered at the house to spend some time. Good food. Good conversation. Good games and Good times.  You can tell that from this picture.  No? A rousing game of Where's Waldo? doesn't sound like a great time to you?  :)

Seriously, between Where's Waldo? and two Magic Eye books we were entertained for hours! We did talk to each other too--although it doesn't look like it in this picture.  I just wanted to remind everyone of what the world looked like before everyone had their eyes glued to a smart phone. That's what this picture reminds me of...and I love it!  Happy Friday!

Although I'm not sure it is the BEST day this week . . . it certainly was the most entertaining day this week!  The twins have decided - completely on their own - that they want to sit on the potty.  There is no rhyme or reason to it, they don't always "go" in the potty and they both end up taking all of their clothes off eventually and running around naked (which is both scary - because who knows when they WILL have to "go" - and the cutest thing I've ever seen . . . twice the baby bottoms = twice the cuteness).

The biggest plus to this whole potty experiment?  They actually sat still . . . in one place (even though it's a potty) for more than 5 minutes!  Whoo Hoo!!!
